Investment Banking VP – Midstream (Oil & Gas)

Provide client relationship management and investment banking advisory for corporate and private equity clients, covering buyside/sellside M&A and debt/equity capital raising in the midstream (oil & gas) sector. Partner with commercial and corporate banking coverage professionals, generate revenue through “sell the bank” positioning, grow an existing client book, prospect for new clients, and may lead deal teams while mentoring junior staff and supporting risk and credit due diligence.
