Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive silicon validation for assigned motor driver and motor control projects.
  • •Define and execute validation plans covering device/system validation needs, use cases, and corner conditions.
  • •Develop test methods and efficient, reusable automation for validation setups, including parametric data collection across PVT.
  • •Perform pre-Si verification with FPGA and drive development of scalable validation boards for signal and power integrity requirements.
  • •Lead validation reviews and debug anomalous behavior using design of experiments; partner with cross-functional teams to identify root cause and solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • •At least 2 years of experience.
  • •Knowledge of test and measurement equipment and associated instrumentation.
  • •Good analog, power, and mixed-signal circuit fundamentals, plus semiconductor device fundamentals.
  • •Hands-on experience developing test methods/automation and designing validation PCBs; knowledge of microcontrollers and FPGA is preferred.
