Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes aligned with Eaton Business System (EBS).
  • •Own manufacturing and process responsibility for the entire facility.
  • •Manage project execution using PROLaunch and monitor/improve KPIs such as OEE, FPY, productivity, and lead times.
  • •Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma standards to reduce cost, drive operational excellence, and execute cost-out initiatives and productivity improvements.
  • •Ensure PFMEAs, Control Plans, standard work, and process validation activities are executed, supporting root-cause problem-solving (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma) and partnering with Quality on audits, certifications, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
  • •Bilingual Spanish–English.
  • •7–10 years of experience in manufacturing and process engineering.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) and Eaton Business System (or equivalent).
  • •Knowledge of safety regulations, process validation, PFMEA, Control Plans, and structured problem-solving methodologies; familiarity with ERP/MES systems and automation/digital manufacturing tools.
