Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, fault-tolerant Kubernetes platforms optimized for production workloads.
  • •Build, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure (including EKS, ECS, S3, VPCs, RDS, IAM) with cost, scaling, and security best practices.
  • •Use Helm to automate and streamline application deployments and maintain production-ready Helm charts.
  • •Implement and manage Karpenter to dynamically scale Kubernetes clusters based on workload demands.
  • •Respond to incidents and troubleshoot system issues related to performance, availability, and security, while ensuring compliance and keeping platform documentation up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, Karpenter, and Istio.
  • •8+ years with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform plus Chef or Ansible.
  • •8+ years experience with serverless computing on AWS (AWS Lambda, API Gateway) and microservices architecture.
  • •Proven expertise in AWS (EKS, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, IAM) and cloud-native architectures.
  • •Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes platform creation, CI/CD automation, and monitoring/logging/alerting tooling.
