Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute external communications strategy aligned to regional business development priorities and defined goals/metrics.
  • •Create and manage a communications calendar with content such as key messages, FAQs, videos, presentations, digital content, blog posts, and articles across channels.
  • •Direct and manage communications agencies; oversee communications plans and implementation to meet targets.
  • •Build and maintain reputation through corporate profiling for key spokespeople, proactive reputation plans, media relations, and media monitoring/reporting.
  • •Support crisis and issues management, manage budgets for markets and agencies/campaigns, and liaise with partners on shared strategy and launch messages.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •8+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, PR, or media communications.
  • •Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
  • •Exceptional storytelling and writing/editing skills, including proofreading, layout/design, and publishing.
  • •High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI and digital tools for communications effectiveness.
