Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L3/L4 technical support for complex network and security incidents and serve as escalation for outages and critical performance issues.
  • •Own incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
  • •Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN/VPN, and data center networking including routing, load balancing, and capacity planning.
  • •Manage enterprise firewall/VPN infrastructure and ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
  • •Participate in 24x7 support and major incident response; collaborate with NOC and cross-functional teams to improve monitoring, automation, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of enterprise networking experience, including 5+ years supporting large-scale global network environments.
  • •Experience supporting mission-critical, highly available infrastructures and complex multi-vendor environments.
  • •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve high-severity incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
  • •Proven experience managing enterprise network architecture and network security infrastructure, including routing/switching and next-gen firewalls.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
