Key Responsibilities

•Provide L3/L4 technical support for complex network and security incidents and serve as escalation for outages and critical performance issues.
•Own incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
•Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN/VPN, and data center networking including routing, load balancing, and capacity planning.
•Manage enterprise firewall/VPN infrastructure and ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
•Participate in 24x7 support and major incident response; collaborate with NOC and cross-functional teams to improve monitoring, automation, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of enterprise networking experience, including 5+ years supporting large-scale global network environments.
•Experience supporting mission-critical, highly available infrastructures and complex multi-vendor environments.
•Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve high-severity incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
•Proven experience managing enterprise network architecture and network security infrastructure, including routing/switching and next-gen firewalls.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
