Job Summary

Build customer relationships and proactively identify financial needs using a consultative sales approach. Learn Retail Personal Banking I through onboarding rotations in operations and sales/service, then handle teller transactions while serving as Financial Center platform staff. Recommend retail consumer and small business products, use CAMP and approved marketing tools to set reviews/appointments, cross-sell and conduct outside sales, and coordinate referrals with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment partners.

•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions aligned to the bank’s value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Focus on cross-selling and engage in outside sales activities such as presentations, sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Support referrals by establishing relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and help guide CSRs on sales/referral processes.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.

•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment through NMLS.
