•Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications supporting MPI and Concert gateway evolution.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for card transaction processing capabilities.
•Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure strong performance, reliability, and efficient credit and debit transaction processing.
•Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review to strengthen software quality and consistency.
•Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to build team capability and support successful solution delivery.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software development experience.
•5+ years with Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages.
•5+ years with SQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD and DevOps practices.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 8+ years of equivalent education or related experience.
•Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to build team capability.
