Key Responsibilities

  • •Bid and manage multiple projects concurrently, including estimating earthwork, demolition, and utility scopes.
  • •Perform quantity take-offs and prepare pricing, crew production, and scheduling for projects.
  • •Visit project sites weekly to monitor progress, update schedules, and review costs with the Project Superintendent.
  • •Manage awarded projects end-to-end: ensure safety practices, maintain schedules, prepare month billings, review job costs, run cost projections, and handle change orders with subcontractor/vendor oversight.
  • •Work with owners/customers to help ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Five+ years of construction estimating experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Experience estimating earthwork, demolition, and utility projects, including quantity take-off, pricing, crew production, and scheduling.
  • •Be able to bid and manage multiple jobs concurrently.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Bid 2 Win, Sales Force Construction, Plan Swift, Microsoft Project (and/or P6), Job Cost Projections, and Viewpoint.
