Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor performance trends, investigate anomalies, and translate insights into recommendations on process, training, and strategy.
  • •Own and optimize Solutions systems centered on Salesforce and connected systems, closing workflow gaps, automating manual work, and ensuring integrated data.
  • •Drive end-to-end change through enablement, adoption measurement, system governance, and measurement of tool cost-effectiveness.
  • •Lead Solutions-specific AI Operations in partnership with central AI Operations: identify use cases, deploy agents and tools, and establish review and governance.
  • •Hire, onboard, coach, and develop the team; manage performance, delegate ownership, and lead cross-subteam initiatives through clear communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading business operations, Sales Operations, RevOps, analytics, systems operations, or a closely related operational function.
  • •Strong analytical judgment to turn ambiguous questions into trusted metrics and defensible analysis.
  • •Depth with dashboards, KPI frameworks, business reviews, data quality, and performance reporting.
  • •Proven experience improving Salesforce (or comparable) business systems, including integrations, workflows, automation, data integrity, and adoption.
  • •Experience evaluating, deploying, governing, or enabling AI-powered tools and agents.
