Director Finance (FP&A)

Lead Honeywell Building Solutions’ FP&A business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and data-driven insights to optimize operational efficiency and support growth. Oversee global forecasting and reporting for FP&A cycles, improve variance/key-driver analysis and reporting rigor, and partner with regional leaders and GMs. Build and develop talent across the team, support senior management financial reviews, and lead transformation initiatives including digital self-service and finance AI efforts.
