Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee the business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and analysis across HBS regions.
  • •Lead global FP&A forecasting and reporting processes, including Pulse, Estimate/Forecast, rolling forecasts, AOP, STRAP, and MOR.
  • •Develop business strategies to optimize operational efficiency, cost improvements, and evaluate investments for growth.
  • •Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and provide analytical support to leadership.
  • •Drive world-class FP&A process improvement and transformation, including standardization, streamlining closing/wc forecasting, and digital self-service tools.

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis and planning.
