Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead implementation of the HSE Management System (HSE-MS) to meet corporate, legislative, and client requirements.
  • •Create and implement HSES risk management, plans, procedures, and instructions aligned to contract and requirements.
  • •Establish and monitor HSES KPIs, and plan and execute internal/external HSES audits and compliance assurance programs.
  • •Manage subcontractor/vendor HSES pre-qualification and bid evaluation; follow up closeout actions and maintain HSES actions.
  • •Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, develop emergency procedures, and coordinate HSES activities with proactive client interface.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in an HSES-related field.
  • •7–8 years of HSE experience within the energy industry.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Training and experience as an ISO standards lead auditor (9001, 14001, or 45001).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and strong communication/presentation skills.
