Fulfillment Services Project Manager

Own real-time resolution of inventory, storage, and order exceptions across Spreetail’s Platform Services network. Serve as an on-the-ground champion at onsite fulfillment centers, improving order accuracy, inventory integrity, and product quality through proactive inspections, investigations, and documentation. Identify recurring trends and systemic process gaps, then partner with FC Operations and PS teams to drive long-term operational improvements that strengthen both warehouse performance and the customer experience.
