Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, including architecture choice, deployment, validation, and observability.
  • •Develop agent intelligence (prompts, reasoning, tool calls) and integrate with customer systems using current LLM techniques.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks; model data and validate outputs.
  • •Create performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production system.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, including debugging prompt failures and iterating.
