Senior Specialist, Business Management

Oversee and improve key accounts’ capital project business processes for vendors worldwide, from kickoff through implementation and closeout. Own repeatable practices, manage contract execution and compliance, and coordinate with procurement, Legal, and business administration to drive requisitions, purchase orders, asset tables, invoicing, and importation. Maintain accurate project financials and cash flow, propose and track KPIs, and generate executive reporting while leading and developing the business management team.
