Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare feasibility study reports, define and monitor project scope, and review outputs with the team.
  • •Collaborate with the WSP India team to develop design specifications and monitor progress for timely delivery.
  • •Execute detailed electrical and ELV designs in compliance with HK/India regulations, codes of practice, and CDM requirements.
  • •Review and validate design calculations, ensure QA and technical sign-off, and coordinate IFC documentation and drawings.
  • •Support project costing with accurate design information, manage commissions using project tools, and address client queries.

Key Requirements

  • •Master / graduate electrical engineer with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Expertise in electrical and ELV systems concept design and space planning.
  • •Preparation of IFC drawings, schedules, datasheets, schematics, and P&ID.
  • •Strong knowledge of BS, HK and ME codes, including electrical load calculations and technical submittals.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit MEP and Navisworks experience is desirable.
