Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop operations workflow tooling and metrics gathering across multiple asset classes and operational departments.
  • •Build automation and tools for an operations-led agenda, implementing requirements prioritized by Operations leadership.
  • •Contribute to new and enhance existing operations frameworks to optimize efficiency and improve scalability.
  • •Integrate outputs with existing technology infrastructure to drive operations economics and decision-making.
  • •Serve as a liaison between technology and business teams, aligning solutions to business goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong programming experience building and optimizing operations systems, UI, and dashboards using Python, Java, and/or C++.
  • •Strong SQL skills for handling large financial datasets.
  • •Background understanding of financial products and their product lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex systems from scoping through implementation.
  • •Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular) and/or visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
