Key Responsibilities

•Vendor onboarding and maintenance (Vendor Management & Onboarding).
•Coordinate with vendors for actual delivery status and order confirmations.
•Manage and review PR and PO for indirect purchases (PO placement, approval, supplier acknowledgement).
•Ensure timely issuance of POs, follow‑up for order confirmation, and coordinate on‑time payments to suppliers.
•Owner of Open Purchase Order reporting, accrual validation from AP, and KPI metrics (past due, invoice challenges, reports).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field with 6-8 years of experience in indirect procurement.
•Proven experience with indirect sourcing categories (IT, professional services, logistics, etc.).
•Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
•Flexible to work in US time zone.
•Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
