Universal Banker - Part Time 20 Hrs - Big Stone Gap

Provide timely, accurate client transaction support while delivering a high-quality banking experience. Cross-train to assist with sales and service, including outbound calling, identifying client needs, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Handle new account openings and problem resolution, follow internal controls and risk policies, and participate in retail leadership routines and training.
