Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT, AV, and physical security infrastructure for large office relocation, consolidation, and new office development projects. Independently develop ICT master plans and technology roadmaps, define requirements and high-level designs, and establish governance and budget management. Own RFP preparation, quotation evaluation, and multi-vendor coordination, while managing cutover/migration planning, quality control, and risk resolution across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop ICT master plans and technology roadmaps for office relocation and consolidation projects.
•Define requirements and create high-level designs for network infrastructure, server rooms, AV systems, and physical security solutions.
•Prepare and manage RFPs for ICT, AV, and security vendors; evaluate proposals and support vendor selection.
•Coordinate multi-vendor delivery, oversee planning/installation/quality control for network and server room facilities, and manage cutover/migration execution.
•Manage project risks and issues, while coordinating with clients, construction/workplace PM/CM teams, building management, and base-building MEP systems.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of ICT project management experience for office relocation, office consolidation, or infrastructure deployment projects.
•Hands-on experience gathering requirements and producing high-level designs for one or more areas: enterprise networking, server room/data room infrastructure (e.g., 19-inch racks, UPS), physical security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV), or AV systems.
•Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate and influence multiple vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
•Solid cost management and procurement skills, including quotation analysis, cost evaluation, and RFP assessment.
•Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
