Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop ICT master plans and technology roadmaps for office relocation and consolidation projects.
  • •Define requirements and create high-level designs for network infrastructure, server rooms, AV systems, and physical security solutions.
  • •Prepare and manage RFPs for ICT, AV, and security vendors; evaluate proposals and support vendor selection.
  • •Coordinate multi-vendor delivery, oversee planning/installation/quality control for network and server room facilities, and manage cutover/migration execution.
  • •Manage project risks and issues, while coordinating with clients, construction/workplace PM/CM teams, building management, and base-building MEP systems.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of ICT project management experience for office relocation, office consolidation, or infrastructure deployment projects.
  • •Hands-on experience gathering requirements and producing high-level designs for one or more areas: enterprise networking, server room/data room infrastructure (e.g., 19-inch racks, UPS), physical security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV), or AV systems.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate and influence multiple vendors, internal teams, and external partners.
  • •Solid cost management and procurement skills, including quotation analysis, cost evaluation, and RFP assessment.
  • •Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
