Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build memory or circuit blocks at the gate or transistor level.
  • •Simulate and analyze circuit designs using transistor-level simulators.
  • •Extract layout and perform post-layout simulations and verification.
  • •Perform floorplan physical implementation and layout integration of design components.
  • •Integrate characterization flows, automate simulations/verification scripts, and specify/verify memory behavioral and physical models.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of transistor-level circuit behavior and device physics.
  • •Experience with signal integrity analysis and reliability topics such as EM/IR analysis.
  • •Proficiency running circuit simulators and writing automation scripts for characterization, simulation, and verification.
  • •Knowledge of memory behavioral and physical models (preferred/plus).
  • •Familiarity with DFT schemes and chip-level integration (preferred/plus).
