Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the crew truck is stocked adequately.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mounts, electrical equipment, and tools in preparation for installation.
  • •Assemble racking and solar components as specified in the project plan and apply weather sealing.
  • •Ensure a clean and orderly job site, perform project cleanup, and maintain personal, crew, and site safety.
  • •Lead crew through safe, effective installations; provide leadership and technical support, and assist with solar battery installs when assigned.

Salary: USD 27.6 - 36.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Previous solar installation experience required; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
  • •Maintain a clean driving record, pass a driving background check, be 21+, and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • •Follow company safety policies, identify/report hazards, and encourage others to work safely.
  • •Demonstrate decision-making/troubleshooting, ownership, and ability to meet deadlines and key metrics; willingness to participate in Power+ cross-training.
