Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform physical design of blocks according to specifications, targeting best power, area, and performance.
  • •Work across challenging physical designs, including high cell count and HS blocks, and resolve timing and congestion problems.
  • •Execute the full RTL2GDS physical design workflow: synthesis, power/clock distribution, place and route, timing closure, and physical verification.
  • •Conduct power and noise analysis and support physical verification activities.
  • •Participate in inflows development.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Proven experience in RTL2GDS flows and methodologies.
  • •Knowledge of physical design flows/methodologies including PNR, STA, and physical verification.
  • •Familiarity with physical design verification (LVS/DRC) and EDA tools such as Synopsys and Cadence.
