Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the overall supervision and delivery of flight training activities in the assigned fleets (up to 4).
  • •Ensure safe and efficient delivery of ground and flight training in assigned classrooms and aircraft simulators.
  • •Partner with Account Executives, Scheduling, maintenance, and Regulatory and Standards teams to enable seamless training delivery.
  • •Run quarterly Standards meetings to strengthen instructor standardization and ensure compliance across the network.
  • •Develop and track instructor qualification plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold or have held an EASA or other ICAO license and hold or have held an EASA instructor qualification 900(a) or (c).
  • •Instructor experience (or equivalent).
  • •Direct leadership experience in managing teams.
  • •Ability to focus and perform in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
  • •Adaptable—readily accepts change and adjusts accordingly.
