Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical execution and architecture for the SIW platform and define its long-term strategy for security, scalability, and performance.
  • •Design and implement core platform features and framework components that enable extensibility for other engineering teams.
  • •Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and principal engineers to shape the roadmap and translate requirements into sustainable technical strategy.
  • •Spearhead resolution of the most complex challenges, including performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and architectural limitations.
  • •Write clean, modular, well-tested, maintainable code and proactively address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software development experience, including at least 5 years designing and building complex, enterprise-grade web applications.
  • •Proven technical leadership experience architecting and delivering large-scale, high-impact software projects.
  • •Expert-level frontend knowledge of React and TypeScript, including state management, component architecture, and performance optimization.
  • •Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make high-judgment decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • •Ability to mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction across multiple teams.
