Job Summary

Drive UK operational execution as a hands-on COO, translating high-level business objectives into execution plans, operating rhythms, KPIs, and measurable outcomes. Lead strategic initiatives across planning, organisational design, and market positioning while partnering with the UK CEO and global stakeholders. Support regulatory and licensing readiness, operational and organisational governance, and risk management. Contribute to UK commercial strategy, product roadmap localisation, and data/analytics initiatives to optimize customer outcomes and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic initiatives including business planning, organisational design, market positioning, and development of the prospective UK operating model.
•Translate business objectives into execution plans, operating rhythms, delivery milestones, and personally drive them through to completion across global functions.
•Develop and track operational KPIs covering regulatory readiness, delivery progress, customer outcomes, cost efficiency, and risk management.
•Own day-to-day delivery across cross-functional workstreams; design operational processes, governance arrangements, and delivery disciplines.
•Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to support licensing workstreams, regulatory reviews/audits, embed regulatory standards into workflows, and establish first-line operational risk ownership.

Key Requirements

•5-10+ years of experience across operations and strategy in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or high-growth regulated financial services (e.g., COO, Head of Operations, Head of Strategy, Chief of Staff).
•Hands-on operator comfortable with both setting strategy and working through operational delivery within a lean team.
•Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth, market share expansion, or P&L improvement via pricing, product, and funnel optimization.
•Proven ability to manage risk and drive cross-functional execution while building scalable operational processes.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
