Key Responsibilities

•Increase sales and achieve individual and store targets using Pandora sales techniques and key indicators (IDV, PM, TT).
•Build connections with customers and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience with exemplary service tailored to each client’s profile, story, and needs.
•Develop and share expertise on Pandora jewelry and the brand to drive sales and provide a memorable customer experience.
•Foster customer loyalty by promoting the loyalty program, presenting new arrivals, and generating curiosity about upcoming launches.
•Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading, and organizing stock in designated store areas while maintaining an orderly back-office and brand presentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Must be available on weekends and holidays; able to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
•Experience in retail sales is a plus; prior experience in luxury or jewelry retail is welcome.

•French required with English as a plus; good presentation and professional appearance.
•Positive, proactive team player who can contribute to achieving store objectives.
