Job Summary

Direct daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts to meet production, quality, and cost objectives. Lead employee development and performance management, drive site improvement plans, and oversee safety, legal, and ISO 9000 compliance. Own operational results through data analysis, budgeting and control, and delivery of improvement initiatives (e.g., ELS). Coordinate ordering and distribution of products, parts, and maintain efficient facility/equipment operations through maintenance scheduling and continuous improvement.

•Direct manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and cost objectives across multiple teams and shifts.
•Lead employee development, coaching, performance management, and general management duties including appraisals and staffing needs.
•Drive site improvement plans and operational improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services.
•Oversee health and safety practices and ensure compliance with legal, legislative, and corporate safety requirements and ISO 9000 procedures.
•Plan and supervise maintenance schedules, prioritize projects and work orders, coordinate parts/services ordering, and maintain efficient facility/equipment operations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•6+ years operations/manufacturing experience, with 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
•Demonstrated experience leading and managing individuals and teams.
•Working knowledge of modern manufacturing, material flow, and improvement strategies (e.g., ELS, continuous flow, cellular).
•Understanding of financial systems and the key drivers within the manufacturing environment.
