Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain the 3D CATIA virtual mock-up for the test facility and bench, ensuring spatial clearances and routing for piping, fluid lines, and cable trays.
  • •Draft purchaser technical specifications for mechanical structures, enclosures, and mounting frames; evaluate proposals and steer supplier milestones and deliverables.
  • •Support physical assembly and on-site commissioning, including fluid piping installation, mechanical alignment, and structural setup for prototypes under test.
  • •Lead supplier technical steering for mechanical structures and be the reference for on-site physical integration, commissioning, and alignment.
  • •Support mechanical safety risk analysis and help define operational procedures and maintenance routines for compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years of mechanical design, structural integration, and physical bench assembly in aerospace, automotive, or industrial automation.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.

  • •Demonstrated hands-on experience with physical integration, mechanical alignment, piping hook-ups, and heavy component handling.
