Universal Banker - (Saturdays Required) - Tuckahoe

Provide efficient, accurate client transaction support while delivering a high-quality banking experience. Cross-train to assist sales and service activities, including outbound calls to identify client needs, offers, and opportunities, and referrals to branch specialists. Educate clients on digital and self-service tools like ATMs and online/mobile banking. Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), uphold internal controls and risk policies, and help with new account openings and problem resolution.
