Key Responsibilities

•Develop and optimise data models and perform ETL to extract, transform, and load data into Google BigQuery.
•Use Pandas to manipulate and clean datasets, and write queries to analyse data and deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
•Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python and frameworks such as Django and Flask, including responsive UI work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes, managing cloud infrastructure and applying DevOps practices and web security best practices in GCP environments.
•Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage end-to-end delivery timelines and risks, and support user adoption through training and documentation, including data visualisation and storytelling.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and analytical techniques, with familiarity with scenario modelling or analytics as an advantage.
•Demonstrable experience in a full stack or similar hybrid role combining software development, data analysis, and visualisation.
•Proficiency in Pandas and experience with cloud data platforms such as Google BigQuery.
•Technical skills in Python, web technologies (CSS, JavaScript), and frameworks including Django and Flask.
•Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application deployment, plus understanding of Agile ways of working with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
