Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Category Lead by covering Consultancy and Non-Permanent Workforce and creating and continually reviewing robust category plans.
  • •Identify new outsourcing opportunities and assess their relevance and potential value with guidance from the Global Head of Workforce Sourcing.
  • •Lead strategy and planning for IT Professional Services, delivering cost savings, lifecycle value generation, demand management, and innovation.
  • •Be accountable for commercial and contract negotiations with IT services and consultancy suppliers across sizes.
  • •Manage global strategic tenders within the IT Professional Services category and develop influential senior-level stakeholder relationships.

  • •Depth of experience in IT consulting and resourcing Category Management.
