  • •Own the end-to-end licensing cycle for new and existing providers across the U.S., ensuring approval requirements are met.
  • •Streamline licensing workflows by suggesting automation or new tools and optimizing individual steps.
  • •Develop SOPs for new state or provider licensing and drive implementation across the team.
  • •Assist in managing/uptraining the contract licensing team.
  • •Track licensing metrics, report progress and roadblocks, and improve reporting to be more robust and actionable.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field.
  • •Familiarity with licensing processes and state licensing requirements for RDs or MDs, NPs, and therapists.
  • •Comfort collaborating across roles and teams, with strong communication skills.
