Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement new processes, methods, and operational routines for managing production allocated time and line balancing from industrialization to shopfloor execution.
  • •Continuously improve plant and final assembly line production efficiency using data analysis and flow optimization (CVAT, waste eradication).
  • •Identify, share, and benchmark best practices across plants and final assembly lines.
  • •Lead shopfloor transformation and digital initiatives as part of the Digitalisation for Operations (IEVS) journey (e.g., Line Balancing, MES, Tandem).
  • •Lead or contribute to Production System Efficiency standards and continuous improvement projects across process, methods, and tools, including production pace control and outstanding work management.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Aeronautics, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years technical expertise in production line creation or operation.
  • •Practical knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management, including process/data and system interfaces (PLM-ERP-MES) and configuration management.
  • •Lean knowledge and hands-on experience with analytical problem solving (5 Why, Ishikawa) and value stream thinking (Muda, Muri, Mura).
  • •Experience with simulation and verification of modeling results using constraints and dependencies.
