Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the IT solutions roadmap and portfolio, aligning with the organization\'s strategic objectives and business priorities.
•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
•Establish and enforce project management methodologies, processes, and best practices to optimize project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
•Provide leadership and direction to the Project Management Office (PMO) team, including project managers, analysts, and coordinators, to ensure consistent and successful project execution.
•Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring clear alignment with business goals and requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
•Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years in a supervisory role
•2 years GCC experience is a plus
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
