Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to originate, shape, and win integrated energy projects across America, including data-center-related power solutions.
  • •Deliver customer-centric integrated energy solutions across Combined Heat and Power, Long-Duration Energy Storage, and synchronous condenser applications.
  • •Drive early customer engagement with developers, hyperscalers, colocation providers, utilities, and IPPs to create demand and build value propositions.
  • •Translate customer requirements (power availability, redundancy, scalability, grid interaction, electrical reliability) into competitive integrated solutions.
  • •Define technical architecture (including electrical balance of plant) to optimize project economics and system performance, and collaborate to deliver aligned solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience in integrated energy solutions, including combined heat and power or long-duration energy storage.
  • •Strong technical background in process design, electrical distribution equipment, heat-exchanger selection, system integration, and turbomachinery (GTs, STGs, compressors, turboexpanders).
  • •Working knowledge of utilities, IPPs, and electricity markets, with exposure to product proposal management and/or project development for high-load customers like data centers.
  • •Ability to assess project economics (CAPEX, OPEX, LCOE/LCOH/LCOS) and support commercial decision-making.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and the willingness to travel internationally.
