Logistics Manager (3rd shift)

Oversee day-to-day transportation and logistics operations for assigned locations during the 3rd shift, coordinating with site leaders to execute site goals. Review and improve daily route schedules with logistics planning and scheduling teams, while mentoring direct reports and supporting succession planning through coaching and performance management. Ensure workplace safety standards are met, communicate effectively across internal teams, and coordinate ground movement of inventory through the warehouse workflow as needed.
