Job Summary

Senior Project Engineer responsible for comprehensive on-site and off-site project management of construction initiatives. Plan, schedule, budget, and oversee safety, quality, and compliance; coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors; monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure timely, within-budget project delivery while maintaining IMS policies and safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
•Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans, specifications, and timelines.
•Supervise activities on-site, including scheduling labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.
•Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays, risks, and issues, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
•Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, to maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of working experience in construction/project engineering
•5+ years of relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus
•Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; UPDA/MMUP registration preferred
•ERP/SAP functional skills required to be successful in this role
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in project management software for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
