Job Summary

Build data products and analytics to drive customer retention and growth, uncovering root causes of churn and actionable interventions across teams. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, Launch, Enablement, and RevOps to improve the customer experience and inform roadmap decisions. Partner with Analytics Engineers on data modeling, quality, DBT, and Snowflake, and design automated AI workflows that help teams act on insights faster.

•Drive customer retention by uncovering root causes of churn and surfacing interventions across teams.
•Grow customer sales by providing feedback that shapes product roadmap and drives process changes for front-line teams.
•Elevate customer experience by identifying gaps causing frustration or unrealized sales and closing them with data products, tools, or process changes.
•Own customer analytics by improving analytics, engagement, and AI integration strategy; design and ship data products and automated AI workflows.
•Lead or contribute to ad hoc priorities as business needs arise, adapting as what matters most changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 annually

•4+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops, including consulting, startup analytics, or a blended path.
•Excellent numerical skills; SQL/Python experience preferred, with additional technical background or education strongly preferred.

•Investigates root causes deeply to understand problems beyond surface symptoms.
•Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate without a fixed playbook; experience with SaaS/marketplaces/high-growth startups is preferred.
