Job Summary

Own and operate key IT systems and tooling across Netguru, serving as a subject matter expert for Google Workspace, 1Password, and Slack. Monitor and secure office networks and network devices, manage updates and lifecycle, and help assess IT needs to select and implement new technologies. Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams, maintain documentation, support change management, and maintain automation for IT Ops and other departments.

•Act as ownership and subject matter expert for tools such as Google Workspace, 1Password, and Slack.
•Monitor and secure office networks and network devices, update network systems, and manage their lifecycle.
•Analyze IT needs and select and implement new technologies, applications, or solutions.
•Collaborate with IT Operations and other departments, including Security and Legal, to consult and implement requirements.
•Support change management, create/verify automations for non-tech departments, and participate in procurement for new tools and solutions.
