•Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB.
•Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, communicating its business value to stakeholders.
•Collaborate with sales to drive account success through account planning, opportunity qualification, pipeline generation, and ownership of technical aspects such as discovery, demos, and proof of value.
•Proactively generate demand in the sales territory through technical initiatives, trade shows, and account-based marketing events.
•Foster customer relationships, build champions, and mentor other Solutions Consulting team members while relaying field feedback for innovation and improvement.

Key Requirements

•Ideally 8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, with 5 to 7 years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
•3+ years of experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#).
•Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems for cloud and on-prem environments.
•Demonstrated ability to review complex customer application architectures and provide guidance on improvements using technology.
•Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical and business concepts to leadership.
