Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver data acquisition, transformations, and improvements (cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading) into AWS data lakes for analytics and machine learning models.
  • •Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to understand data use cases, needs, and outcome objectives.
  • •Suggest and implement changes to application infrastructure and migrate to highly available, scalable infrastructure with zero downtime.
  • •Set up and operate monitoring stacks using CloudWatch, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
  • •Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CI/CD tooling and write infrastructure as code with CloudFormation (or similar).

Key Requirements

  • •Work experience in a cloud-native environment in at least one major public cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure), with at least 5 years of AWS experience preferred.
  • •Experience and knowledge of Big Data architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • •Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (ECS/EKS experience is a plus).
  • •Experience with serverless approaches using AWS Lambda.
  • •Proficiency in Java, Scala, Python, and shell scripting, plus knowledge of security best practices (e.g., IAM Roles, KMS) and AWS infrastructure/networking.
