Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, customize, and support Workday Core HCM and Recruitment modules.
  • •Deliver end-to-end solutions for Workday Recruitment requests, including designing and developing while maximizing business value.
  • •Act as a consultant focal point to resolve issues and design solutions for global and local teams.
  • •Provide level 2 and level 3 support, including solution design, and handle critical conditions.
  • •Support planning through backlog activities and contribute to the product roadmap and budget needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant stream.
  • •Overall 3-5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Workday Core HCM/Recruitment modules.
  • •Workday Training Certifications for Core HCM and Recruitment (must have).
  • •Strong hands-on experience customizing Workday BPs, and developing Calc Fields and Condition Rules.
  • •Strong hands-on proficiency with the Workday Recruitment module and Workday documents/templates.
