Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the Group reward strategy and philosophy aligned to business priorities and long-term value creation.
  • •Own and maintain Group reward frameworks across base pay/grading, short-term incentives, long-term incentives/share schemes, and benefits/pensions principles.
  • •Establish reward governance, approval, and control frameworks to ensure auditable, compliant practices aligned to risk appetite.
  • •Lead reward design and decision-making through organisational separation and transformation, including continuity across entities and pension/share scheme transitions.
  • •Act as primary reward advisor to the CPO, CEO, and ExCo; support remuneration committees with RemCo papers and advice on executive reward decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading reward in a large, complex global organisation.
  • •Proven track record defining reward strategy, frameworks, and governance at Group level, including pensions and retirement.
  • •Experience across reward components such as share schemes, long-term incentives, and executive compensation.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting RemCo and executive-level decision-making on sensitive, high-impact matters.
  • •Ability to advise on global mobility-related reward implications, tax/legal considerations, and cross-jurisdiction complexity.
