Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain full-stack product features across front-end, back-end, AI, devops and MLops.
  • •Create systems that can improve over time based on feedback from humans in the loop, such as prompt optimisation and fine-tuning.
  • •Explore applications of the latest developments of AI to enhance our product features, explainability, speed and accuracy.
  • •Front-end: build interfaces that clearly explain the system decisions to users; Back-end: build scalable systems for high-volume requests; AI: utilize LLMs, agents and computer vision to improve speed and accuracy; Devops: maintain fast deployments and CI/CD practices.
  • •Prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and training bespoke AI models tailored to compliance challenges

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in a full stack / product engineering role with AI/ML and computer vision experience
  • •Proficiency in TypeScript, React and NodeJS
  • •Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning pre-trained models, and training custom models including vision models
  • •Strong product mindset and ability to translate customer needs into AI solutions
  • •Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams and explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
