Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electronic system maintenance work, including work orders plus preventive and predictive maintenance across the plant.
  • •Utilize equipment and tools efficiently to minimize waste, downtime, and unit cost.
  • •Provide coverage for plant operations during production periods and during other team members’ absences; support equipment maintenance during non-production times.
  • •Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and repair/replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
  • •Develop and maintain PLC and computer programming for the plant, and train other Maintenance Team members on plant electronic systems and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •AS degree in Industrial Maintenance and Electronic Controls (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5-7 years of related experience.
  • •Minimum eight years of manufacturing facility experience; gravure printing facility experience is a plus.
  • •Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting plus hydraulics and pneumatic equipment repairs/replacement (gauges, valves, pressure regulators).
  • •Broad knowledge of cleaning and lubricating shafts, bearings, and gears, and proficiency operating automated equipment.
  • •Ability to interpret work instructions in written/oral/schematic/schedule form and solve practical problems with limited standardization.
