Operations Technician II

Provide network operations and repair support for Professional Services Control Center (PSCC) customers in a 24/7 environment. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues involving hardware, fiber, colo space, and power using monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Communicate clearly with customers through ticketing, phone, email, and IM/chat while documenting actions. Work remotely from the U.S., covering swing and mid shifts and participating in coverage rotations as needed.
