Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and apply test center policies, practices, and procedures.
  • •Greet examinees and verify identification.
  • •Perform security checks (including security wands) and continuously monitor candidates during exams.
  • •Maintain a secure testing environment and protect test materials at all times.
  • •Report and/or resolve candidate issues promptly; represent Prometric values and report occurrences outside guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
  • •Minimum one year of customer service experience is required.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Communicate professionally and effectively, and prepare detailed reports and correspondence.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and web browsers.
