Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy mobile equipment (e.g., Cat 980 front-end loaders) to blend wood fuel for the boiler and stack for storage.
•Operate fuel conveyors and receiving hoppers, and operate the scale house to unload trucks.
•Operate the fuel reclaimer during pile swaps, monitor it during normal operation, and perform daily service and shift logs.
•Inspect conveyor systems daily and perform daily quality control tasks such as taking pile temperatures.
•Comply with site safety procedures, identify hazards and take corrective actions, and respond safely to abnormal or emergency operating situations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30.72 - 37.86

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and perform basic mathematical calculations.
•Background in operating loaders, maintenance, and past experience doing shift work.
•Must be able to use computers and related technology efficiently.
•Knowledge of plant safety and procedures, including areas such as chemical handling, high-energy systems, confined spaces, incipient fire suppression, first aid, rotating machinery, and heavy equipment.
