Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture reporting and metrics requirements with stakeholders across functional and matrix teams and translate them into actionable reports and metrics.
  • •Design and implement custom ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and metrics; support ITSM processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • •Automate and build daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting for KPIs and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • •Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization; provide executive presentations supported by dashboards and ServiceNow reports.
  • •Support daily production operations calls with reporting on regional infrastructure and application availability; train users and stay current on ServiceNow reporting features.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
  • •1+ year of related experience in ServiceNow, including extensive knowledge of reporting capabilities.
  • •Experience building complex reports, dashboards, and metrics using ServiceNow Performance Analytics or native ServiceNow reporting (PAE).
  • •Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Performance Analytics, PAE, Incident/Problem/Knowledge/Release/Instance Management, HealthScan Data, and Automated Testing Framework (ATF).
  • •Excellent analytical skills and communication skills to interpret data and present insights clearly.
